As part of Continuing Medical Education (CME) which concentrate on Doctor’s professional development a seminar is conducted by Human Resource department, SIMS&RH on “Building Leadership Capabilities in an Academic Medical Center” by Dr.Medha Havnurkar - a distinguished speaker engaged in Healthcare talent acquisition & training domain.

Interpersonal skills, ego handling and conflict handling with other department in work place. The session was very interactive and went beyond allocated time of 2 hours. Doctors actively participated in question and answering session.
