Summary of activities and key outcomes:The programme started with welcoming the guest
speaker & students & the faculty by Dr.Shivaleela C, Professor & HOD of Anatomy,
SIMS&RH. It was followed by the introducing the importance of “World Anatomy Day” by
Dr.Yogesh D, associate professor department of anatomy. Dr.Krishna Kishore introduced
Dr.Nachiket Shankar to the audience. Then the guest speaker started with his guest lecture on
“From over load to understanding: A strategic approach to learning anatomy”. It was an
interactive session where the students learn the importance of various methods used in anatomy
to study & remember the key concepts. This was followed by vote of thanks by Dr.Yogesh D.
Also Dr.Kusuma thanked the guest speaker.All the faculty of department of anatomy & the
faculty present in the auditorium, felicitated the guest speaker
